10 weeks - exploring the following topics

    Session 1 - Welcome to Intentional Health

    • This session is an introduction into being more intentional about our health and wellbeing, and why this is important today. It is also a chance to get to know your coach facilitators and other people in the same boat as you!

    Session 2 - A Balance Diet

    • This session is an introduces what healthy portions and a balanced diet looks like, and why this is important to understand today. We also explore PHE's Eatwell Guide.

    Session 3 - Reading & Understanding Food Labels

    • This session explores how and why reading food labels can empower you to be more intentional about your health. It also explores how ready you are to make changes that last

  • 4

    Session 4 - Goals & Rewards

    • This session works through practical examples of how setting goals - in particular SMART goals, can help us be more intentional about our health and wellbeing.

    Session 5 - Physical Activity

    • This session explores different types of physical activity, as well as why it is important to be more physically active if we want to be more intentional about our health and wellbeing, as well as inspires us all to move more!

    Session 6 - Healthy Habits & Triggers

    • This session explores how and why our habits are key in becoming more intentional about our health and wellbeing, and explores our triggers and the limitations of will power!

    Session 7 - Thoughts & Feelings

    • This session explores how our thoughts and feelings can impact our health and wellbeing, and how we can harness them to help us be more intentional about our health and wellbeing.

    Session 8 - Boundaries, Conflict & Communication

    • This session explores boundaries: What they are and how to respond to them. We also make space to consider our spiritual health and wellbeing during this session, from a Christian point of view. (Delivered in a suitable way for all faiths and none).

    Session 9 - A Balanced Life - and being intentional about Alcohol

    • This session explores self care and rest as essential parts of a balanced lifestyle. It also explores health risks associated with alcohol and how to be intentional about maintaining balance there too.

  • 10

    Session 10 Celebrations and Next Steps

    • Our final session looks back on the learning during the 10 weeks, and celebrates our successes. We also take time to think about what might be next to help us continue on our journey towards a healthier, happier and more hope filled lives!
